How have you been doing lately?
We had a meeting on March 4th, Wednesday at Machidukuri center.
Ian was on a vacation, so we had enough time for small talk.
We did self-introduction to remember all staff’s name.
Actually, it was first time for us to introduce ourselves because we had lots of things to discuss.

Then, we discussed a citizen sponsor pass, contribution, how to promote etc.
We’ll sell citizen sponsor passes from the end of March. It’s ¥2,000.
If you get the pass, for example, you can go to Kickoff live and attend the workshop for free,
or you can get discount to buy drink in Motomachi park.

Next meeting is March 27th, Friday at Machidukuri center.

We are going to have a staff meeting, so please all staff should prepare for the meeting. Also, this meeting is open to anyone wishing to participate in the event.
