Between two worlds, Michele Giuliani, Italian pianist, meets the Ethiopian kirar player Fasika Hailu and the performer Rossella Giovannelli, who gives body and shape to sound in both vocals and gestures. Beyond The Colour create an imaginary sensory vision; a mirage drawn by the strings, the hammers, and the hands and the bodies of the artists, tracing out a dreamlike scenario traversing the Mediterranean and East Africa, discovering a hidden rhythm of spirituality that is beyond borders, and ultimately beyond even colour.
