Posters for this year’s MoguMogu Festival were given out at our Worlds Meet Circus event. Look out for thousands of them around town. This year, we bring you around 60 booths. Check out the “MoguMogu” page of this website for a full-size poster (click on the image to the right to take you to the page). The full details of booths, areas, and profiles is online from July. Many of our MoguMogu booth operators tell us that our events are the ones that they enjoy most in Japan. Thanks to all our customers for making such a happy and open atmosphere!
Circus Today!
The weather is not so hot, but the Worlds Meet Circus will run this weekend, 11:00-19:30 on Saturday and 10:00 to 18:00 on Sunday. Any details of programming changes will be posted here, so unless you see a notice there will be no cancellations. Come and join the fun!
Worlds Meet Circus! Jun 13 & 14
A host of street performers, food and goods from around the world, workshops for all the family, plus our renowned Mojitos. This free-entry, outdoor frolic in Hakodate’s historic Motomachi Park is the pre-event for the main WMDF event that runs from Aug 5-10 every year. The circus marks 50 days until the start of WMDF, and is the place where we announce the international artists who will be performing in August. This event is new for 2015 and replaces the “Opening Live Tour” and Shimin Kaikan performances that we have run since 2008. Sponsor pass tokens for WMDF also go on sale at the Circus, and this year the pass numbers are strictly limited, so come along to make sure you don’t miss out!
