		<description><![CDATA[Hello Mindy. It is true, there is no “r.” When one listens, they’ll hear “noir,” meaning black in French. Also, did you notice in the name and in Mr. Fenn’s response, there are other missing letters? There are no “I, M, and N.” In this post, “elementary” caught my eye. Still trying to figure out “point.” Perhaps a direction or peak? In Spanish, Negra means black. I don’t know if there are many Spanish names in the four states, but I would assume there are many in New Mexico. One I found is Sierra Negra. Is this a good spot to check? I have no idea. I really don’t know much of New Mexico.]]></description>
